Yep...not too many of us BOP's here.

They replaced blue onyx pearl with black sapphire pearl in 07. Its a darker and deeper blue, but doesn't reflect with green tones in the sunlight like the blue onyx does.

the coin holder sucks.
we dont have 18" in UAE, and they didn't change the 17".
I prefer 2007 seatbacks since I drive alone, good for papers.

I saw it listed as a new "feature" for 2008 IS' somewhere, but since you have an '08 I'll take your word for it that it's not actually there.

An often overlooked feature on the Lexus Website is the Lexus CPO Model Library, which lists changes from year to year. Sometimes they leave out some of the little stuff though.

http://www.lexus.com/cpo/model_library/IS/2007.html
New For 2007

Standard Features:
- New Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management (VDIM) [3] cutoff switch added
- New roof-mounted shark-fin antenna added
2008 isn't listed yet

^ You can always do the 'Pedal dance'. Works for most toyota V6s. AKA Instant oversteer . . .
