How do you change the title?

Anyways, let it run for a bit on full heat and turn the seat warmers on too.

Cool

Up here in the north of our planet we use these tings to heat up our cars in the winter.
http://wup.defa.com/en/wup_products_wupkits.html

Just plug in the electrical cable in the wall ant next morning it's warm!
Use a timer of course.

Seat warmers on and not more that 3000 rpm's as long as engine is not warm enough. My second car is a 1992 Alfa Romeo spider - the described method is also good enough for that one but withot seat warmers :-)

Cheers

As a new Lexus owner I ran into some trouble. I live in Finland and winter is coming so I need to install an interior heater, but I'm havind doubts about where to attach it to. So, if other Lexus owners living in cold areas could tell me where you have attached it? And if you have pictures that would be even better.

I recommend you open the garage door first. But then again. Your sn is suicidesam so I guess you're free to do what you want

The engine is the only source of heat so start the engine & leave in park for quickest warmup leave climate control in cool position with fan off to prevent the heater core which is a small radiator from cooling the engine coolant until engine temp reaches 2 or 3 marks past the C on temp guage. Then adjust temp up to where you want it with max fan.

Not supposed to let modern engines warm up at idle. I forget the technicality to this, but it's in most manuels. Just keep the rpms down when you drive off and it's cold.

Can someone expand/elaborate on this? Why not? what happens? what is the correct way of warming it up?
