tire sensor
#2
It kinda boils down to where the hole is for the tire valve. On a regular one piece wheel its likely on the lip of the rim..like the standard wheels are. On two and three piece wheels it may be further back in the barrell of the wheel. In these cases it won't mount up like they did in the stock wheels. This is the case because there is no way for the sensor to ride on the wheel. On the standard wheels in fits on the lip of the outer wheel flange..which is where the tire valve hole is..
there are alternatives
Banding
Adaptors (Iforged makes em and fit most wheels..but are made for Iforged)
Drilling -YIKES!
Do nothing

I just got a set of 3 pc Work wheels and had that issue. I resolved it by banding the sensor to the wheel and using the valve stem that came with the wheel. Sensor works fine so far
