leave front plates on or should i buy some bumper plugs?

my verdict
get the bumper plugs with some touch up paint... got a rock chip..any one with theses plugs already do is350 owners need to drill a hole inorder for the bumper plugs to fit?

rofl this is why i love this forum...that and almost every one has the same opinion about the front plates..now i can justify to my g/f paying 34 dollars for plugs ..

Does anyone in Illinois not have the front plate on their IS? I also do not want to put my front plate on, but am wondering how strict the cops are. By the way I live 40 minutes outside of Chicago.
