@car_lost: Sorry for the late answer, I missed the dec. posts.
The exhaust came with stick on patterns to be cut to the needed size, starting from the existing openings going inwards.

Yeah, exhaust sounds great! Too bad I can't make a decent sound clip.
For the spacers, there's more resistance when turning, thus giving you a better feeling for the road surface, especially when it comes to quick turns. Stock is going very easy, which is not bad, but for me it was kinda reacting too nervously. It's very precise now, and also overall stability is greatly improved when cornering. There's a bit less body roll in combination with the springs, even without stiffer sway bars.
