Default vinyl covers for rear bumper lens?

I saw a white bmw 5 series today with its rear lens covered in some sort of white vinyl. I was wondering if anyone has done this to our IS and where can I get one for the Starfire. I am not referring to the smoke vinyls.

To color-match the vinyl covers to the car's paint color will be tough for non-neutral colors. I think it will be easy to do with Starfire and Obsidian.

Usually, the reflectors are painted.

You can remove them and color match it. Painting vinyl wouldn't be easy.

I did it for my car. Black may be a little easier to do it with, but their might be a vinyl color out there. I bought a sheet to do mine for a few bucks from a local plastic shop called Tap Plastics.
