So i was driving home from work tonight, and i noticed that one of my bulbs were not on ! I havent done any modifications to anything, but it seems liek somethign is loose, or a bad stock ballast. i think i've stumbled on a problem similar to this but i couldnt find it in the forum. Has this happened to anyone else?

I just tried to test it again, and it seems to be a intermittent problem. Sigh, i guess another trip to the dealer

i'd like to replace the bulbs, but first i'd like to see if the dealer can do aynthing about it. this should be covered under warranty, no? i mean the car is only a year old..

i am having the same problem right now w/ my stock HID. the right bulb would turn off every now and then. it would come back on if i turn it the headlight off and then back on again. when it comes back on, it doesn't seem to be as bright as the left side. i am hoping that it happens more consistently so i can take it in for service.

take it back to the dealer and get a new set?
make sure they replaced them in pairs...or else you might have color difference...

I'm having same exact problem, with my passenger side. I also have condensation in it. Maybe that's the problem? Will they replace my headlight under warranty?

My passenger side bulb went out about 6 months ago. I took it to the dealer, they replaced it with a new one. All under warranty. Simple as that.

hate to resurrect a thread, but figured I'd chime in and let everyone know the passenger side bulb was/is doing the same thing to me. it wouldn't come on, so i flicked it on and off a couple times--after that, it came on, but not as bright. I'll be taking it in tomorrow or wednesday to have them look at it.

Dealer replaced my passenger side headlight unit including the HID under warranty. I was afraid the color of the HID would be different than the driver's side, but it was perfect.

im having this problem now, should i worry about having aftermarket parking lights and drl's?
