Headlights condensation anyone?
My passenger side headlight housing has condensation in it. Yes I did replace some bulbs myself, but I closed and locked the covers back in place. After rain or car wash it'll have condensation. Last night, I hit a pothole and made my passenger side HID beaming upwards. Hours later I was heading out at night and it wouldn't turn on until couple of tries. I'm afraid it's just gonna die on me soon. Will dealership replace it under warranty? HID and/or headlight housing? Yes I know, change back to original stock bulbs before bringing it in.

That happened to me as well, and all I did was keep the bulb cover off while the headlight warmed under the sun. After a day, the moisture was gone, and I just placed the bulb cover back on. It has never misted again since.
If you changed the bulbs, own up to it. Just take care of it yourself instead of bringing it to the dealer...

take off covers and leave headlights on with high beams on until the moisture dissipates. what i also did to insure that the moisture was completely rid of, i taped to the cover a few desiccant packages to absorb any excess moisture. I fixed my problem about 5 months ago so far so good. Knock on wood!
