It took me only a few mins to install the red-outs & fog light overlays BUT the headlights were a PITA. Then again, I'm no expert. In fact, after 15-20 mins of trying to install one headlight, I just gave up. I could've gotten it on had I trimmed afterwards but needed confirmation trimming was common on the ISx50 headlight overlays from Aerotect. Just use baby shampoo & water in a spray bottle & you should be fine putting it back onto the paper template if you can't get it on like I did. I got some advice from Aerotect through PM & will try again this weekend. This is what they said,
"I usually start in the front corner and tack down about 6 inches of the film. You can use a blow dryer to warm the film at this point to make it a little more flexible. Be carefull not to overheat the film. From here, go ahead and stretch the film all the way back. If you go over, it's okay, you can trim it when you are done. After you tack down the back of the light, you can start working on the bubble by the curve. Heat will again help you tack this down, as well as help with the ripples on the top and bottom.
I hope this helps.
If you need any more help, please give me a call.
