Just wanted to let everyone know that i went to the sneak preview at the LA auto show tonight, and they had a section of F-sport products and they had the car on a turn table... Same exact set up as what javy posted so i find little use to post pictures.
I dont think that's true, someone on this forum has the ST BBK...if I remember correctly it's on a black IS350
Doesn't matter what someone bought in the past. StopTech is the manufacturer for F-Sport and TRD. You cannot buy a StopTech labled BBK for the new IS...period. Oh, my source was StopTech when I spoke to a couple reps at their SEMA booth....and they displayed an F-Sport caliper and a TRD caliper. I think it is true.....
Unless that second airbox hole actually goes someplace in the F-sport intake I can't see how it's worth almost $350 more than just throwing a Joe Z pipe on...unless you live someplace you MUST have CARB certification.
^It depends what your use is for the car. The Continuous Carbon-ceramic brakes save a total of 50 lbs over the already impressive Brembo setup that comes with the IS-F... That's A LOT of unsprung, rotational mass.

Exactly. Although the carbon ceramic brakes will be extremely expensive, they will save quite a bit of weight and likely offer improved braking performance over the already incredible stock brakes the IS-F has. IS-F owners dead serious about drag racing or carving up the track would likely be the ones considering the carbon ceramic brakes.
It isn't insanely high, but still not great. Aftermarket springs are probably $200, and I would expect adjustable Koni's to be $800. However, I doubt these will be adjustable.
