Check the subscribe/unsubscribe section in this page. But in my case I never did sign up for any subscription, maybe my dealer did it for me.

I called one of the local Lexus dealers in the metro Atlanta area to ask if they had pricing on the new F-Sport lowering springs. He said never heard of it. I said it is the new performance line for the IS coming out, in conjunction with the release of the ISF. He said I don't think the ISF springs will fit an IS. I said no, not the springs on the ISF, the new F-Sport lowering springs. He said I haven't heard anything. I said it will be out in March so you might want make it a mission of yours to learn a little about the parts you are selling. I hope they go for a lot cheaper then that $750 MSRP listed at the beginning of this thread. Unless that is the installed suggested retail price. Still high, but a little easier to swallow.

Go to the Lexus.com page and select My Lexus. I'm pretty sure there is a place in there to sign up. I didn't sign up either. I think my dealer did it for me.
