happened to my last year. they scratched my bumper during the car wash, it hit another car. i obviously got to keep the loaner they gave me that day for like 3 days. when i went to pick it up, they comped by service which included front brake pads and resurfaced rotors.

They did keep insisting that it COULD NOT have happened there, and turned it around on them by their argument that they cant be at every step watching.

Just be FIRM, and you'll get what you want out of them; just like when purchasing the car.
