Bought the Group Buy XD 6000k bulbs and were very impressed by how they matched my blue-vinyled aftermarket 6000k fogs.

While I was driving tonight to Cici's, I parked in front of the windows and saw my passenger side low beam was out. Gonna see what's up tomorrow morning but... any problems i should look for?

Didn't touch the bulbs btw, very careful with installing everything.

 

Did you call or email Steve at XD?

 

try testing out the bulb...switch the left and right...
then move up by testing the relay. those are probaby the easiest to test first.

 

Install the original bulbs back in - and see if the problem is with the car or the bulb.

My Xenondepot hid light some time one side will not turn on the first time. It's been like this since very beginning.

THey said that I have to take them off and send it back to them, and if they can't find anything they will charge me more.... if they headlight doens't come on sometime meaning it has a problem, right?

Do you guys have the relays installed?

 

Replaced the out bulb with the OEM hid bulb and it worked. There's something wrong with the bulb so waiting response from Steve

 

this happen with my oem too soo i dunooo if its a bulb problem

 

we're talking about the aftermarket 6000k HID bulbs that we bought from XenonDepot... if your oem bulbs aren't starting properly , you might wanna take it to the dealership and have them lookat it...

 

XenonDepot is replacing the bulb free of charge.
No hardships or any stress worrying about warranty or seeing if the other party will agree to replace it (eBay sellers)!
