Why no TPMS light?

Thanks for the valve stem idea. I didn't know they are different for tires that have the sensors.
I will check tonight when I get home and let you know.

Hi, again:
Well, the valve stems on my winter tires look like old-fashioned regular valve stems, which tells me there are no sensors. Still no TPMS warning light. I have now driven about 100 miles and started the car about 20 times.

I bought the tires and rims on-line and had them installed by a dealer. When I ordered them, I specified that I didn't want the TPMS sensors. The dealer is storing my summer tires, so I don't have the TPMS sensors from the summer tires with me.
