can you make your car a right hand drive

just a queston i was always thinking of how cool it would be if i did that to my car.

all you would need is the dash and the rack and pionon?

I think it would be a simple swap. I mean they use the same chassis world wide so you just have to cross reference the parts.

Master brake cylinder will be on the other side too, so the brake lines also have to be replaced.
Some time ago I saw on a TV show the swap was done on some Nissan or Honda, don't remember exactly. Looked pretty cool but took quite some time as many small pieces had to be moved.

so if you guessed it would be 3-5k? also would this be legal? i did not think of the breaks i thought the car was drive by wire at least the throttle

im almost positive that its illegal in the states to have a right hand drive car, unless your delivering the mail =p. (mailmen have it so they can drive on the right side of the road and lean out their window to push the mail in)

I used to be obsessed with a nissan skyline (cant remember model name or number though lol) that wasnt sold in the states, and the only way you could get one hear legally was to convert it to left hand side before importing it, so its deffinatly possible, just probably expensive.. and if ur in the US im pretty sure its illegal (when i was researching it said the only way to make it US legal was to swap the driver side to the left)
