TPMS Question

TPMS Question
I just installed a set of snows on my IS250AWD.
I went with 16" Koenig Further rims so that I could get a higher profile 50 series tires. I had Lexus TPMS sensors installed.
After installing the wheels the Tire pressure warning light did not come on.
Any ideas why?
I then set the satellite control to 2nd set of wheels, hit the initial pressure set button. Everything seemed normal, still no warning light.
Any ideas what's up?
The sensors were not yet registered by my dealer.
They will be registered tomorrow when it goes in for service.

the unregistered sensors were undetected by the car. The computer generated a fault. Eventually the check engine light would have come on.
Any comments on the above?

They're 50 series snows. The stock tires were 45 series.
I should have better handling in snow with the higher profile.
So far they feel pretty good on dry roads.
But I can always run the SC in nice weather, I tend to have the top down as long as the temp is over 35

Thanks now I know that I have to go to the Stealer if I want to get a second set of TPMS. Hey did the Stealer charge you adding new sensors?

More lube please
Wow, that's gonna hurt when I get mine done next Spring wthen the summer wheels go on for the first time. Actually that's about the cost for each new TPMS. Maybe its a good time to start to buddy-up with the service manager.
