I have this stupid thing in mind and I want to let it out, we all know that if turn on the car and turn it off before it full reaches the operating temperature it is bad for the engine. I need to move the car out from the garage, I always wait 30sec to a min before I shift it to D. Question is after I move out, should I just turn it off or wait for a few mins or so? Since I am not going to use the car. Just some stupid stuff in mind lol

first of all there is really not much point in waiting a min or so before putting the car in D, you are just wasting gas

and don't bother waiting, just shut it off.... it's not like you are going to kill the car like that

get in and go. shut it off if not using. i used to feel the same way....
