Is this grill on ebay any good?

Well i have no experience with this ebay company..... but i will tell you that i did have an issue with buying a grille for my GS400 off ebay. It was supposed to replicate a TRD GS400 grille and it was a total hack job the fitment was bogus and it came cracked. Your best bet is to invest in a quality grille from L-tunedparts.com and they sell the "L" emblem that you can put in the middle of it. just my $.02

Heh, the image posted on that auction listing that is supposedly an "actual picture" of the item being sold is a blatant lie. That car had a REAL Blitz grille (which was later sold on this very forum) after last year's SEMA show. That auction is for a "Blitz-style" grille... Caveat emptor.
