I have a 2007 is250awd and would like to buy the appropriate oil filter for it along with some other things online at lexus-parts.com. It looks like sewell lexus has all the parts except for the oil filter because when I select is250 (there is no is250awd option) and oil filter - the only option that I can purchase seems to be:

04152-YZZA5
Lexus OEM Oil Filter Element Kit 1
Rear Wheel Drive Only

The "Rear Wheel Drive Only" bit has me unsure about purchasing it. What do you guys think?

**What's weird is, I have the sheet for my last service and I see that particular part number, "04152-YZZA5" listed as used for my oil change. But then again, it was my first time at that particular dealership. The dealership I usually go to would always the use "04152-YZZA2" one. The only other online spot that I could find which sells that A2 one is irontoad.com. A bit hesitant to go there...

Help! I'm a bit confused, can I purchase the yzza5 one?

That's precisely where I'm trying to purchase the oil filter from, lexus-parts.com.

There is no is250 awd option for oil filter - unless of course the yzza5 is it and I should disregard the "Rear Wheel Drive Only" msg on their website?

I have been using the -YZZA2 for my AWD. I think thats what the toyota dealer sold me originally, and I have bought more of these from lexus-parts. Search for oil change thread, I know someone posted info on which filters to use for each model.
