Any regrets getting IS 250 instead of IS 350 or vice versa?
I am just curious to get some feedback from the folks on this forum. I am planning on getting an IS 350 but do not want to regret it after a while. I have read your poll on how much you love your ISx50, but there is no better opinoins from people who have had them for more than 6 months. Any feedback would really be appriciated. Thanks in advace.

No regrets... I can't imagine having less horsepower...I am glad I spend the extra 6k on the IS350 even though they marked down the IS250 below invoice...

i'm not really sure why a 250 owner would regret not getting a 350 especially if the purchase was based on AWD. around here, the 250 to 350 ratio is nothing less than 10 to 1.

I got a 250 and definately no regrets. Who cares if you have a semi quick lexus, its a lexus. In comparison to cars that are really fast it pales. If you want a sports car, get a sports car then you can have a car that is fast and handles wells, the IS 350 isn't fast nor does it handle well, it is very quick for a car of its caliber though. Just save the 4 grand and get yourself a 250. If you really want a car that is fun to drive and is semi quick get an S4 for 50K pretty well loaded. They are faster and handle waaaaaaaaaaaay better than the IS.

I am pretty sure that if I had purchased an IS350, I'd be thoroughly enjoying it right now, instead of thinking about and researching what my next car will be.
So, yes I have regrets, but I suspect you won't.

^ gas mileage between the two may be decent on the sticker, but realistically its probably around 2 mpg, which u can fix with driving styles
i have a 250 awd, and live in NY so i like having it for the winter, but im moving to florida next year and i already expect i'll be wishing for that 100 more hp
