Default Remove weathering strip?

Does anyone know how to remove the weathering strip for the grill? I know how to remove all of the clips and bolt that holds the grill down, but I am not sure how the weathering strip is attach. I didn't want to rip it off. Anyone? Thanks in advance.

Be careful, though - the plastic pieces that hold the weather strip in are T-shaped. If you want to be extra careful, work the rubber strip off around the head of the plastic retainers. If you get too excited, the rubber might tear...

I just pulled hard... Be cautious but it should be fine. When i put mine back i just kind of layed it in, does it need to be clipped back in with the black T's or will it be just fine??
