After reading through some of your insurance rates I think I got off pretty good. $650/6months on my 2010 IS250 with 150/300/150 limits. I'm 22 with one speeding ticket from last year and a pristine credit score. I'm in San Diego insured by Mercury.

$50 deductible is probably way to low. Bump that up to at least $500 or better $1000 and your premium will go down quite a bit (maybe $2-300?). If you can avoid an accident that's your fault for more than 12 or 18 months you'll come out ahead.

Thanks for the advice, but I'm cool with the $1200 a year for $50 deductible.

it was $1600 for 6 months, but after the accident it went up to $2K, JOY!
