Mine is actually cheaper than I thought it would be, despite the fact that it's more expensive than most people here...

The IS is my first car (and my only one, right now), and I'm 22, so I'm paying $190/month.

I added the IS350 to my existing Progressive auto policy and it was $395 extra for six months. $1,000 deductible on collision and comprehensive.

I didn't think that was too bad as I'm paying $331/6 months for my 5 1/2 year old Subaru.

it's a combination of things.
-where you live
-your age and marital status
-crime stats in your area.
-hp
drivers in your home.
- how many policies you have with your company.
-and the biggest ... the drive wheels!!!!

$966 for the year!!!
$80.5/month

Ah to be 45 and have multiple cars with the same agent for years.
they know you can only drive one at a time.
also zip code is a big factor

but tags will cost about $6-800 for the first year so it sorta makes up for it

I haven't called my insurance yet to see what I'd pay... but I'm astounded at all these prices!! I currently drive a 2004 VW Touareg. Originally, it was a $50k car and is an SUV (310 hp engine). I pay $650 / 6-months for it. Obviously a newer car will be more expensive... but I'm expecting to pay no more than $800 / 6-months. Am I dreaming?

I'm a 25 year old male... clean record. I guess I should call soon to find out!!

If you're lucky enough to get insurance through Toyota(have to be employee) they charge $80/month for any car which is $960/year.
