Need more head room
Anyone figure out a way to get the seats lower? I have the seat at the lowest position and would be great if I can get another inch of headroom. I don't want to have the 'gansta lean'....

I can't imagine you'd need that much of a 'gangsta lean' if you are only 6'. I dont know if it will help any, but you can angle the bottom part of the seat up or down.

I always tilt my chair towards the rear as far as it will go, then lower the seatback a good ways. That was the only way I could fit into my friend's IS300, although I will say have no problems fitting into the IS350. I'd also imagine sucha position is not good for rear passengers in an IS, but it's what I'm comfortable with. I prefer the "old-school Ferrari" driving position anyway (anyone who has driven an older Ferrari will know what I mean).

Remove the headliner...?
For those who dont think he needs the extra headroom, with a 30" inseam and at 6' tall basically you'd be looking at ~42 inches from the bottom of the seat... Think about that - or go measure for yourself and see if you might want another inch or so.

Open the sunroof and drive with your head out of it! Thank god im short 5'9", car fits like a glove. Haha O.J. Simpson murder trial glove for you. HAha
But on a serious note... I bet you can modify what the seat tracks are sitting on so the seat will sit lower.

That is easy...
If you cannot get more room from your o/e seats, then get some racing seats (eg. Bride LowMax) and ripped out the abs, air-bag, distance/position sensors... and also your butt a/c and heater system will need to be gutt out as well.
Dealer sells each o/e front seat with all the sensors around $7k.
A nice low-profile aftermarket seat is around $2k.
I guess you will not do it but I am just giving you the option.
