As a point of information:
You don't have to wait for the letter to see if your vehicle is affected by the service campaign. If you go to Lexus.com and register as a Lexus owner by entering your vehicle's information (including the VIN), when you log in to your account any applicable recalls or service campaigns will be listed for your vehicle. I just checked mine (I've moved since I last logged in to the website, so they probably don't have my current address) and noticed that my IS350 is one of the affected vehicles. It's also worth noting that this is NOT a recall, it's a 'Special Service Campaign.' Lexus.com explains the different classifications as follows:

I reregistered the car.... and no Special Service Campaign. Build date of 12/05 and I'm not part of the recall? Interesting...
