Default 6000K Replacement bulbs. Are They Supposed to be this way?

Just got my bulbs in from the group buy through kbcarstuff (Steve). I noticed that on one of the bulbs, there seems to be some glue or adhesive on the bulb. Has anyone else had this issue? Does this effect the life of the bulb like regular halogen bulbs? I know that you are not supposed to have oils on halogens or they'll have hotspots and burn the bulb out pre-maturely.

Please post pics so we know what it looks like, but in any case you still feel unsure, just email Steve and I'm pretty sure he'll work something out with you.

just sent an email to steve. We'll see what he says. I dont have access to a camera at work, so I'll try to take a pic later if Steve doesn't reply by the time I get home.

When I replaced my bulbs with MTEC Super Whites, the stock lows or highbeam bulbs had a brownish matter inside the bulbs.Never had an issue. They still worked fine.
