I live in Canada...enough said lol. I wonder if it is possible to coat the entire car in a layer of ice, acting like a thick application of wax. I think that would look pretty neat, it would be almost like an epoxy coat.
Tell that to the people around Dallas, Lubbock and other parts of Northern Texas. It is often icy with snow on the ground every winter there.

It dosent really snow/ice in dallas much, maybe like every other year? But it does rain ice like for one day out the whole year, nothing big, its like rain, because when the ice touches the ground it melts.

Sorry, my mistake. For the past few years I lived in our Frisco house during the winter months and that white stuff on the ground several times during December, January, and February (either the flaky type or the slick, see through type) must go by a different name other than snow or ice. I guess it was nothing big seeing the semi trucks sliding backward on the interstate over ramps every winter while there. That must have not been the snow or ice either. I'm confused.
