Javier - one more question - do you think 20mm in the rear with 12mm in the front would look weird? Is that too much of a difference in overall offset, or is it normal for the offsets between the front and rear wheels to be off more than a few millimeters?
Javier - is that car above running the Eibach kit too? What size spacer is being used on the rear?
Yes, running Eibachs with 12mm fronts and 17mm rears.

20mm in the rear is only 3mm more, so the difference would be indistinguishable. There's no "range" that the offsets have to be within between the fronts and the rears.
