Default A subtle shaking....?

Ok so do you know when u are in the drive thru and your car is still in "D" but ur completely stopped..... My car is giving my a little vibration kind of shake.. What do you think it could be? I tried it doing the same thing in reverse and got the same results. Once i switch it to neutral or to park while stopped the vibration/shake stops. Do you think it could be a bad engine mount?????? I just got my car lowered a few days ago.... could it be that????

I took it out on the highway today and floored it and there is a shaking from the rear. I think its the springs....... i dont know what to do. Is there an easy fix for it? Like cover the springs with something??
