Bad Hit and Run with IS

Don't know if this was posted but here's a video of a person who got hit and run. If you look closely in the video, it's actually an IS that he was driving.

i would stomp on the face of the driver of the pick up if it were my friend/family member.

I really do hate people who doesn't take responsiblity for their actions. I hope that guy gets what is coming to him in the future because I believe what comes around goes around.
