I couldnt be happier with the way the 6K bulbs light up the road, they definitely appear bluer. The fogs look great compared to stock but the headlights are actually a little whiter than the fogs... I was curious to what is the legal limit for bulb temperature. Are the bulbs i installed legal?

yes they are legal, I belive its 10k and up that is illegal

 

You replaced OEM HID low beams with 6000k D4s bulbs right? Or did you convert from stock halogen to HID? Just wondering where you got your 6000k bulbs from :]

Anything aftermarket is illegal, especially 4300k and up. Under that is supposed to be used only for offroading. Cops don't really care though (hopefully they don't since I run 8000k fog and low)

 

What the model number for the headlight bulb? D2S? I know what the fog light model number.. I called my buddy about where he get the HID kit for his HOnda element.. He told me it will void the warranty on my ride if something happen? Is it true?

 

These are the D4s i believe. And yes thats true if anything in your headlight fails the dealer can blame it on the new bulb if they are true jackasses...
