I am currently 4 months into a 36 month contract where I plan to pay off the rest of it at $12,000. Is there a way I could trade in my IS 250 manual for an IS 350 or how would that work?
Sure, you can trade in your 250 for a 350. They'll just do the math and roll it all into a new loan. But you are going to get hosed on the trade in value.

You going to take a huge hit.... but I understand.. the MT is terrible..
I did the same thing after a little over a year, went to a 250AT though, that hurt bad enough.
Something to consider: I'm pretty sure that Texas allows you to deduct the amount of your trade in from the purchase price of the new vehicle, and only pay tax on the difference. Might save you quite a bit of $$$......
I agree on the MT...every day, I wish I had gone with the IS350 + the all ramen diet, instead of the IS250 6MT.

Is that the fancy "name brand" ramen.... or store brand?

I only go for the fancy Ramen and nothing less. In fact, I'll go for the deluxe seafood version with the shrimps - I seriously do not know how the other half lives...
