You do not need to drill to make the spoiler fit. This is Techniques DIY:

On the other side, I'm wondering if you've any picture of your gxf rear lip installation? I'm thinking of getting the rear lip in the very near future and wondering if the DIY installation will be as easy as the front lip.

My gxf front lip should arrive sometimes next week, will definitely use your DYI thread as a reference during my installation. One question though, my car is currently at stock height (I do not the sport package) as well, were you able to drive off the rhino ramp after the gxf front lip is installed?

Here are some threads detailing the two methods of installing the rear spoiler. The drilling method, which requires three holes to be drilled in the trunk lid:

The tape method, which requires you to snap off the screws and add some tape:

I had a body shop perform the drilled method according to the Lexus instructions. Still looks perfect today!

My car is stock ride height w/o sports package and I was able to drive on and off the Rhino ramps. The gfx lip is not much thicker than the stock lip, so you should be fine. You can purchase Rhino ramps at any Autozone.
