I think I'm leaning toward the new design '09 Audi A4 Quatro.
It longer,wider and a lot nice than the present A4.Should be a good seller for Audi.

 

wait til the s4 comes out, cause if were are talking a 2.0T or a 3.2 id still take the lex anyday. rs4 and maybe s4( just cuse the v8) id go with audi.
btw the upcoming s4 will be returning to the twin turnbo v6 setup. that will be a crazy car to tune if u into that kinda thing

 

The 3.2 is the engine the Quatro will have.When you start getting into the RS4,V8's,twin turbos,the prices goes way up and out of my range.

 

good, well if its a front engined 2.0T dont consider it even if the 2.0T comes
with quattro that $h!# will bogg the car down and destroy any fun u could have with it. then again havnt driven the new one so i really dont know

 

The '09 should be better.I'm in a 250AWD and am happy,so the performance of a 3.2 can't be worse.I wouldn't make a move for a year and a half or more.They'll get list for that new model for awhile.

 

Thats a good question. Maybe I would of bought a cheaper car, why? This may sound weird but I hate constantly worrying about my car, dings from other people, scratches, road debris, etc. I may have OCD or something. Sometimes I think that I should of got a Subaru WRX and dont have to worry about it as much.

This is the reason why I still kept my old car. But I think it was a bad idea cuz my IS turned 1 year old on Decemeber 16 and I only have 4700 miles on it.

I need to sell my old car and drive the IS more.

 

I know how you feel.My IS is in the garage covered and with a Battery Tender Plus connected to the battery.I haven't used it in three weeks.I use the wife's RAV when the weather is bad and when the roads are wet etc.It's now an addiction.
The car is always fresh and clean and by not driving it much,I really enjoy when I do drive it.Sort of like that Caddy CTS tv ad.The IS does turn me when I turn it on.
I may now only put the same mileage as you if not less.

 

If there arent any drastic changes to the 2010 model then I may think about a different brand. I love my IS though, I get compliments on it all the time.

 

I saw an A5 on the Fwy this morning on the way to work - SWEET!!!!

But, German car = keep only during warranty.

I'll stick with the IS for now.

 

Would I buy another IS... no. IF the future is bright I will move up to a GS or LS.

if they come out with a coupe IS350 in a manual tranny i would.

i also am thinking of going back to an audi on my next car. i liked the S4 and really wanted the RS4...i think Audi has a solid product now!

 

Unless I see a dramatic improvement from the competition, I would get another IS.
