Requires audio head unit to be satellite ready (JBL/Premium Audio). Some base grade audio are not satellite ready. iPOD Interface Kit conflicts with Satellite Radio Accessory. Either iPOD or Sat Radio can be installed, not both.

so you can't have both SAT radio and Ipod? I'm glad I got the Vaistech SLI unit then which allows both.

OK. That makes sense. I will just give it a week before I try to find one.

I called Parker Lexus today and they said "there are a few in a couple of the warehouses." They quoted me $245.

This unit works almost EXACTLY like the Vaistech unit....except it goes in the Sat port of your stereo where the Vaistech emulates the CD changer while allowing you to still have full access to the changer. I do not like having to give up the SAT radio capabilities to use it....they should have figured out a way to disable the Aux in and use that input for the iPod connection....I'll be buying the Vaistech....

Do you need to create a playlist on iTunes to view your songs or can you browse all your songs within the stereo display?

So it sounds like the Vaistech is better since you get to keep your SAT input and remove the warning for the navigation system.
