'Fully loaded' is thrown around indiscriminately and is meaningless.

i consider a car fully loaded when it has all of the good options. who gives a **** about garbage options like park assist, headlight washers, etc.

I consider 'good' or popular options nicely loaded, not fully, though usually when someone is describing prices. Such a common misnomer makes discussing cost of features, and the car in general, more pointless when you have to figure out what 'good' is, or what you're actually getting for the money.

Comet, sounds like a nice car. Last year I bought a CPO 07 IS350 that is very similar, I've been very happy with the car.

Yeah, fully loaded, that is so loaded of a phrase itself.

My 06 350 is aboout to hit 50K miles anyday now and still loving honestly at about 90% clip after 4 years. So fun to drive and get the plenty of respect from peers and others.

Probably will just keep it forever, or 150K miles, lol.

Does it have PCS? between that and PA you're already missing around $3000 in options... how bout headlight washers?

An actual fully loaded IS350 has a sticker price around $50,000. I've seen two, ever. They're extremely, extremely rare and special order only.

A little background, the car is an '06 IS350 CPO with 16,000 miles the color is smoky granite with black leather. The options are aluminum trim, heated and ventilated seats, HID w/ headlight washer, park assist, navi, sport package and lip spoiler. I'm looking into replacing my TL with something else. I drove a '06 BMW 330i w/o sport package and thought nothing else would even come close. I also tested a '07 Infiniti G35 sedan but the the fun to drive factor just wasn't there, that is until I drove the IS350. I'd say its right up there with BMW. The only thing that I don't like about the car is that it doesn't have ML audio. My TL has the ELS surround sound and with me being a big audiophile the stock system isn't going to cut it and the car was lacking AFS. The dealer wasn't sure if you could get that as an option on the '06 IS but AFS is nice, plus that self check at startup is nice also. The accerlatation on the car was just insane. I'd say it was just as fast if not faster than my 3000GT VR-4 when it was bone stock. I ran 13.5 @ 101 with the VR-4.

The asking price 28.6K, what do you think? Good price?
What ever you do, don't test drive a 335i

i love the park assist!!!! i have it and the backup camrea. headlamp washers are dumb. 2004 volvo s60 have headlamp washers that have wiper blades on the lights to wipe. lexus just shoots mist on them. the rear shade isnt any good. tint your windows. other than that i enjoy all the other options.

The only thing I wish I had on my car is the premium ML audio, everything else I can live without.

That's a bit silly. I owned a 335i coupe for a few months until I had to sell it for reliability/practicality issues. It's a fine car but very comparable. Maybe you meant to say don't test drive an M3, that would make more sense. Then again, M3s are vastly more expensive
