Last month i had an oil leakage. the oil leaked on the exhaust manifold and caused an odor smell. i turned in my car for warranty issue and took almost a month for them to fix it. they did alot of work to the motor. here is my attachment of the work order.

 

what they did is resealed your front timing cover. It is a long procedure to do, takes about 2 days to complete.

 

Yeah, there is a TSIB for it. That's a nasty repair, too. Does the car feel, drive the same after the fix??

 

I had to take it back to the dearler after i drove 35 miles. it didnt feel the same because it made a very loud cliking noise then engine rattled and stalled. i had to get the car towed back to the dealer. it was the for this repair.

 

Whoah...may I ask how many miles you had when the oil leak started and what year is your car?

 

it started at 20000 miles for the first time. 25000miles for the 2nd and the 31000miles for the 3rd. i think my car is a lemon

 

I'd wager a poor repair before a lemon. The weakest link in any automotive repair chain is the sorry tech at the dealership.

 

Get rid of the car!!!
