Anyone know if there's a site where can purchase the Canadian mats? They look much nicer than ours.

Not sure if the dealer will replace em.
I washed them last weekend and saw the same thing. I will try to get them replaced on my next visit at the dealer.

My driver side mat is really starting to produce a wear hole. I bought them in January and plan to be back at the dealer in the fall when the hole is very apparent.

I bought a set of Lexus all weather mats for my 2006 IS350 and after cleaning out my car this weekend, I noticed that the drivers side mat has a huge hole due to my heel resting there. Is this normal? Is it covered under warranty?

I love my ExactMats! They are so clean looking and I love the clip to hold them in place.

Mine are 5 months old and have a big hole under my right foot. Email sent to Sewell this morning.

Edit: Sewell is sending me another set. That is the type of customer support that Lexus owners expect.

Yea, it's been only a year and look at my drivers side mat.

If anyone knows if the dealer would actually replace me...please let me know.

Wow, you tore up your mats!! At least your putting them to good use

I believe all Lexus parts hold a 1 year warranty so give your local dealership a call and see what they say first.

Those mats look niceee!

The cool thing is that I live in Washington state and plan to visit Vancouver Canada in 2 weeks for fun. I think I'll have to make a pit stop at a lexus dealership there and grab a set!

I was actually about to order mats and a cargo tray. I'm glad I checked here first. So, is there a way to actually order the Canadian version? What about the cargo tray, is the Lexus version of that holding up any better than the mats? If not, I guess I'll go with the weathertechs. I notice Sewell sells them for less on Ebay is there a forum discount code or am I really better off going through Ebay? Is Lexus-Parts.com still in business. I know there was a 10% discount through them but I can't get the site to come up.

I would like to know this as well. Winter is coming around the corner and my OEM US mats have a huge hole in the driver side front mat. How are the Canadian mats holding up? Where can we get the Canadian versions?

FYI: Lexus-Parts.com became Sewell Parts Online. Yes, the 10% discount applies still.
