I have the Canada floormats now. It came rolled so it folded a bit. Going to put some telephone books to flatten to fix that problem! This is the RWD model.

Just put them in the sun for awhile.
Sewell has those for $78 club price.
I may order a set.
Are they really thin rubber?

Yep Sewell has them - I actually bought them else where for the same price since I was purchasing other stuff and made better sense for the shipping.

The rubber seems to have a good thickness to me. I am not sure how thin the other mats are for people who have issues.

Just a rough estimate - the thickness of the mat at the thinnest area is about the height of two stacked US quarters and the thickest area is about three stacked US quarters.

Thanks.
I was wondering how good they are because the regular oem IS all weather mats are crappy and $60 for just the fronts.
These are $78 for a 4 piece set which by price seems even cheaper with 4 pieces.
I may go those or Weathertech all weathers.I'm not a fan of the Floorliners.

get these ones....they made from softer but more durable rubber....

you wont regret them.....

floorliners will get you a better fit than all weathers.

I'll probably go with the ones above but I know what the Canadians one you have look like and they are not bad..
Where did you get them?

Floor liners do fit well but I don't like the hard plastic and the look.

I never had the other all weather floormats so I would not be able to answer it for you. I did see these all weather floormats listed on the Sewell website before I saw the thread and to later realize are Canada floormats (yeh for me fellow Canadian!!).

They must of changed the design for Canada at some point then because of the above picture (Toyota Canada Inc on the sticker). I guess I should drop by Open Road Lexus to if the floor mat is the other design.

If you are looking for really good quality floor mats that will last a long time and will protect your vehicle's interior make sure you check out WeatherTech Floor mats and WeatherTech Floor Liners. We also carry Husky Floor Liners and Lloyd Floor Mats. Any of these mats are going to be much better than factory/oem floor mats!

Also, for a limited time we are offering FREE SHIPPING on orders over $70 to the lower 48 states

I find all of those mats ugly and trucklike.
I did buy the hexagon/round design type for a trunk mat.
I went with the OEM 4 piece set.

Holy cow this is too many pages for mats. Seriously, just get the weathertech as recommended above - especially if you have winters.

I got them in tan last year to match my interior and never looked back.
They will not wear through
They look good
They fit your car like a glove / will not move into brake pedal fail zone (even without the floor hook)
The sides will protect the carpet from muddy feet in case you happen to be on a long drive and you start resting your feet in positions other than on the pedals
They will hold gallons of liquid before it gets on your carpet (ok probably not while driving) so don't worry about melting snow.

Pricey but worth it. I keep my car very clean but I am not about to replace my carpet or get down there with some portable carpet washer so if I F it up game over. These work. Although if your car is already dirty down there then I suppose don't worry about it and get whatever.

EDIT:

... in case that matters

I saw ones for the Toyota cars at the local dealership - agreed, it also did not have a good impression to me.

As I mentioned, I would not know since I never see the canadian floor mats myself in person.

Should be fine, I wouldn't know if Canada did make their own or not.
---------------------------

I do like the mats I got since they look good to me.

The other one shown in the pics of stands out too much IMO with the white wording "IS" and emblem on it.
