I just purchased an 06 IS350 few weeks ago with 34xxx miles with navi, sports package....just noticed yesterday that the rear subwoofer is rattling really bad...sounds like it is blown. Would this be covered under warranty?

Warranty... used or not. I'm trying to blow out mine, but I doubt that will ever happen.

My idiot dealership didn't believe me when I told them my sub was blown
They told me the system couldn't handle the type of music i listened to..

I had to burn a cd and let them listen to another IS with the ML system
The whole process took about three months..tards

So at the end they replaced it? Mine sounds blown too but this is what I'm afraid of, them thinking I abuse my system or just listening to music at "too loud" volume.

WTF? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. So if somebody farts alot and bores a hole into the perforated leather seats, will they dispute the warranty claim saying, "sorry, the leather couldn't handle the type of food you eat..."?
