hmm.. i haven't tried it yet...

in the second video i posted i didn't have much room to move but i believe i went back to park before manually switching the headlights back to my city lights...

you can actually save time and figure this out yourself when you get the chance... any time your city/parking lights turn on (168/194 bulbs)... thats when the halos will...

any more questions feel free to ask

I always wanted those, but just kind of risky taking the headlights apart.

thats impressive, i would be too scared to bake it.
My only suggestion is that the halos look pretty sweet themselves, but that drl kind of detracts. I would put a really dim LED or something in its place. maybe even no DRL at all, that way you could see strictly halos.
It looks good though, nice and white. Those are CCFL halos right?

what are the chances of the headlights leaking when rainning ? and does this void the headlight warranty ?

chances are about the same as before i think... unless while prying you pry off a big glob of glue... you can always feel free to use silicone afterwards... and that will surely prevent condensation within the headlight as much as possible.

No one probably wants to hear it but it most likely does void the headlight warranty...like if my auto leveling in the headlight just starts acting up... i'm probably going to have to bake it again and take out the Halos then take it to the dealer or just buy a new one... researched this before i was going to bake already... on ebay they run around 200 a headlight...

Haha!!! You can rest assured that dissassembling, modifying, and baking your headlamp assemblies most definitely voids the warranty on your headlights.

Lexus Owner: I'd like to make a warranty claim on my headlights.
Lexus Service Tech: What's this you have going on inside your headlights?
Lexus Owner: Uh, it came like that...

Excellent mod. Love the Halos.

It takes a lot of guts to bake your headlights.

Great DIY Bat, takes some guts to bake them especially w/ auto-leveling, but great job none-the-less. My lights were fogging up, I'm thinking about bringing them in for a replacment set and see if they would give me the old set to play with. Maybe some sort of retro-fit w/ FX projectors and clear lens, but that's a summer project.

Infiniti FX? Their projectors are as yellow and dull as our IS's.

I'm more concerned with light output and performance than color, and color is dependant on the type of bulb used and type of lens combined. Just my $.02.

And it's too damn cold!!!
