they're noticeable during the day but not if your not looking for them... i think if anyone wants to spray they're headlights black like fiko18 it would stand out alot better during the day...

and to answer your previous question you can't have the halo's on without the DRL's running at the same time unless you go to lexus and have them turn off the DRL's which i believe is one of their LPS's

Would it be possible to do this on the fogs but wire it to the city/park lights???

A heads up for those that plan on doing the Halos. They look aggressive, but depending on the quality, do not last long. Mine lasted 1 year before my driver side started to burn out. Then again, I live in a very hot and sunny state and that could have a great affect on the halos. It really is a pain to get the Halos re-installed. I'm having all my halo's and ballast redone one more time today and then if they burn out again, I'm moving up to the 2012 headlights.
