Default Floor Mats & Seat Covers

Sorry I know this might have been asked before or posted before, but I didn't want to check the whole forums to find it. So what do you guys use to protect your carpets?! Or if you guys even use any. If you do, what kind of floor mats do you use and/or where I can find them. And for Seat Cover, I know you can't use them for the 2 front seats because of the airbags, but I usually have kids or people sit in the back and sometimes they don't watch what they're doing and I'm worried they might scratch the leather. Well....I' m looking for a seat cover only for them to sit on or if u use something else(Ex. Towel, Rag, Etc.).

Thanks for the help and replies!!!

I couldn't bring myself to use a seat cover, especially on the best leather covering on auto seats in its class. I have factory all weather mats. There are all weathers available from mats.com too.

I use Exactmat/clearmat on my car. Seat cover?? why?? This is a Lexus not Toyota. Don't put seat cover on, unless you are doing something like Junction Produce Leather Seat cover.

LoL!!! Sorry I didn't mention that I just put like a towel or something for people to sit on. So I make them seem like rubbish or something(How Evil!!! MUWHAHAH!!!) But I will be mainly be using the covers for just the back seats and then take them off when I don't need them.

Seat covers are going to be tough. Most seat cover manufacturers aren't willing to spend the huge amount of $$ required for DOT approval because of side seat air bags. Some manufacturers make a cover that covers just the seating surface, but it looks tacky.

For floor mats, I'm very impressed with Weathertech's entire line of floor coverings. I like them better than the factory all weather mats because they're lighter, tougher, and cover more of the floor. They advertise in the back of the big three car mags.
