Well what are you looking for? Just audio or video also? Vidoe will only be possible if you have a video iPod and your car has Navi but w/o ML audio. ML audio and Navi cars require a video plugin that isn't out yet.

I have a non-Mark Levinson stereo and I have a video ipod. Which adapter do I want to install to get the audio and video for the Vaistech device?

Assuming you have Navi, you will need the SL2Vi. It will work the A/V and should control everything via the OEM controls, including turning on and off the unit and charging it when the vehicle is in accessory or running.

I just ordered the SL2Vi, all said and done with ground shipping the total damage was $360. (You have to call to purchase this one for some reason, there is no buy link for it)

The next option is the SL2i which I believe is a $100 less and is very similar but it lacks the capability of playing videos on from your ipod.

I should get it today and install the SL2Vi in the next few. I will definately post a review when I get evrything buttoned back up.

let me know what you think of it. I am very interesting in purchasing this item. I don't have a DVD player in my car and my IPOD aux jack stinks for sound quality. This looks like the adapter to get.

Thanks.

if I have an IS w/ nav but no ML, would the SL2i be able to integrate with the MP3-CD mode?
