I broke a pair of glasses putting them in there, it was too small and the lens popped out.
I don't trust it to put a nice pair in there.
It's like the mp3 jack - an afterthought feature that was not well thought out.
Anyone else wish they could turn their lease in early!?!?!!

My Oakley Half-Jackets aren't big, but they don't really fit. I mean I can force the thing but it feels like like they are getting compressed. I love my car, but the sunglass holder is one of my least favorite parts of it. The holder on my '98 accord was solid and would glide down gently; this one seem flimsy and almost falls down. One of the number crunchers at lexus must have thrown it in while the real designers/engineers had the week off or something because it doesn't fit the solid feel of the rest of the car.
