At this point I cant feel any major negative changes from my stock setup. The ride is excellentin my opinion and the car handles way better than stock to me is well worth it.
hehe...I have modded prior cars and agree, I ok wit it. I was speaking strictly of the vibs or jarring and general discomfort you spoke of and modding ride quality down. I am glad you got it all worked out.

Many of the 19'', 20'' look better than OEM for sure, just makes sense to make sure it rides almost as good and you get a weight savings ($$$).

And personally, I'm OK with that. I've seen some striking 19s on this forum that I could easily go for lookswise, but I am unwilling to give up the wonderful balance of ride quality/handling/aesthetics that the OEM 18s give me on my 350.
Zeus, you are right on point. 20's just too much for practical IS driving and there are some awesome LOOKING 19's on the forum.

But like you said, the wonderful balance of ride quality/handling/aesthetic of the OEM setup, why pay alot to give that up.

and after getting great summer tires, balance/align on OEM setup my ride quality is near perfect. It feels like the day I left the lot.
