new paint on trunk

just to clear somethings up. the damage to the actual trunk was more than just scratches(everywhere), there were actual deep gouges in the trunk, as well as on the spoiler. but even after buffing and such the trunk was no longer smooth. Even though the trunk appeared to be damage free or markless from a few feet away, it was trickery. as you were to stand behind the trunk to open it, everything was very visible. so they presented me with the option of re-painting the entire trunk. I opted to turn that down cause i felt a brand new car shouldnt be painted for no reason and didnt pay for paint!

i opted for a new trunk from a car on the lot, because i did not feel that it was right to get a brand new car(although it would of been nice). they definately agreed after some consideration and realized that i wasnt going to take a repainted trunk.

like i said im only 99% happy and wish that the whole situation never occured. all in all they did their best to remedy their problem.
