So I changed out all my headlight bulbs the other day and when I took the car out that night the driver's side headlights pointed lower than the passenger side's. Thinkin I might've done something myself I called the dealer the next day and they said it was supposed to be that way so you don't blind oncoming traffic. Was the service guy just blowing me off or is this true? Has anyone else noticed this same issue or should I go ahead and manually adjust them myself so they're level?

its tru. familiar yourself with the search function, there are alot of threads regarding headlights. the Passenger side is slightly higher to avoid blinding oncomming traffic. You will find alot of useful information on this forum as other members and I have. No matter what you do, trying to adjust your headlights you will never be able to level out your headlights, there will always be a cut off, since the cut off is shown from both side.
