Good choice Iceman, but are you sure the rubbing is from the fender and not the bolt? You should check again.

Its probably the bolt, I was reading the thread you posted about this. I'm going to double check this today.

Yeah thats why I wanted a nice simple lip...There are so many pot holes around here, its crazy. The VIP look on your car would look BAD *** Even more with the Walds. Cant wait to see how it comes out

I haven't seen a VIP styled DSM...Wait I haven't seen many DSM's period...lol You would for sure be the first if not one of the few.

LOL...Many many times, but I think it IS the bolt. Im going to try and shave it as much as I can like Hartawan mentioned. I was able to mold the plastics back a little with a heat gun but it still does it a little. Im scared of rolling the fenders since I have heard of so many cases of the paint cracking. So hopefully with shaving the bolt I wont have anymore issues.

you shouldn't have much more problems after u shave all that metal near that bolt. I believe mine is a bit lower than yours and as of now I don't have that problem anymore. If neccessary, you can relocate that bolt forward a bit and that should take it of it completely. It's an easy job if you have a dremel.
