Default Driver seat rant...

My driver seat is making a lot of squeeking noise when I drive the car especially on turns and bumpy roads. I already called the dealership for an appointment next week, and asked if anyone had similar problem on the IS model. To my surprise they said I'm the only one with this problem
I only have 9000 miles on the car

Maybe i need to loose more weight
I'm 170lbs btw

Mine was doing the same thing, I tightened all the seat rail bolts (4)- no more squeek.

Mine does that as well and I will tighten the bolts to see if it fixes itself.

Whoa Big, theres no need to question the guy's sanity because he hears things! Just kidding, yeah you might want to check the bolts on the seat rails because I'm sure it's not a matter of your weight. Anyway if you can't seem to fix it I'm sure the dealer can.

If it turns out to be loose bolts, then we need to question Lexus workmanship

I had a squeek and they took care of it during my 15K mile service. They said that there is a TSB for this. 10K miles later, no squeeks.

^^^There's a TSIB. I had it done a few weeks ago--no more squeaks. I have attached it.

If it's as simple as tightening a few bolts, I think I'll just do it myself.

As mentioned previously there is a TSB my 08' IS was squeeking also. I was about to have a fit until they explained what was causing it.
